1968 Hess Truck in Original Box

Description

This is definitely a 1968 because of the darker color green, the square battery door feet and the lack of rivets on the switch box.  The lights were repaired and all four now work. The plastic is bright and the decals look very good. The hose was replaced.
This is a 53 year old box and looks great for its age but it is not perfect.    There is etched printing on the underside of the box bottom.   Both inserts are included.  Hess did not include a battery card in 1968.
